Is the CMA really free?
Yes. There is no cost and no obligation to list or sign anything. It is simply the clearest starting point for any decision about buying or selling.
How much does it cost to work with you as a buyer?
Compensation is agreed on up front in a written buyer agreement. I walk you through exactly what that looks like before you sign anything.
How long does it take to sell a home here?
It depends on price, condition, and season. Your CMA includes a realistic timeline, based on how similar homes nearby have sold recently.
Do I need to stage my home?
Not always. Sometimes a deep clean and a few changes do the job. I will tell you honestly what will make a difference and what won’t.
Can you help me buy and sell at the same time?
Yes. I plan both sides together so the timing works and you are not carrying two homes longer than necessary.
